You can put your child's name down for a playgroup or nursery place at any age. You can do this in person, by telephone or by email (See Contact Us page). We will contact you when your child is nearly 2 to talk to you about your requirements.

Please update us if you change your contact details. 

Our nursery children move on to various different primary schools for their reception year, staying with us until then means that they have time to flourish and make a group of friends to ensure a smooth transition into the reception class that they are allocated. 

Parents sometimes think that going to a school nursery helps them to get a reception place there, but this is not true. 

“Reception places

Having a place in the nursery class attached to a school does not guarantee a place in the reception class at that school. You must send a separate application for a place in the reception class.” Walsall Council.
